The Big Draw

On the 13th October, I attended 'The Big Draw' festival with other children from Cuddington. One child was selected from each class to attend. We all met up at the Epsom Square with Miss Fernandes. The first activity was drawing around our hands and doodling inside - it was really entertaining and great to see what came to other people's minds. After that, we went inside and had a look at a robot that tracks over colours. Different colours mean different things to him: green means to turn, black means to go straight and so on. All of us were quite suprised by how this worked! Next, we went to do some animations - I was really excited about this as it is something I am really interested in. We drew a picture on a piece of paper and moved it around while taking pictures - we then turned this into our very own animation! It was a fantastic trip and we all really learnt a lot from it! It was one of the best days ever!
