Admissions Process
In-Year Admissions (to join an existing year group)
To make an in-year application (i.e. your child already attends a school or incoming students from abroad), please refer to the Surrey County Council website for details and links to the in-year application form (CMA). Surrey County Council maintain the school's waiting lists.

Reception and Year 3 (6 additional spaces) Admissions
If your child was born between 1st September 2021 and 31st August 2022 then you can apply for a Reception place for September 2026.
To make your application you will be required to apply to your home borough (i.e. where you pay your council tax to) - if you live in Epsom and Ewell, please apply to Surrey County Council and if you live in Sutton, apply to London Borough of Sutton.

Please note: a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) relates to applications made under criterion 3 of the Admissions Policy 2026 -2027 and is only applicable to members of school staff applying under criterion 3 - Children of a member of staff.

Key Dates
Applications for Surrey open on Monday 3rd November 2025.
Applications for Sutton open on Monday 1st September 2025.
Applications will close on Thursday 15th January 2026.
The national offer day is Thursday 16th April 2026 and places should be accepted or declined by Thursday 30th April 2026.

Waiting lists
If you have made an application for Reception - Year 6 you will need to contact Surrey Admissions directly for information on where your child is on the waiting list or if there are spaces in the year that you have applied for. Cuddington Croft Primary School does not hold this information.
Cuddington Croft Primary School hold the waiting lists for Nursery applications. Please contact the school for information regarding your child's place on the Nursery waiting list.
